Peace, Diplomacy, Success and Love

  If you were looking for success in business and or love, still read on.  Without peace and diplomacy you would fail.  And success gets the door for love!  Think!

  We all want peace and success but need diplomacy.  Organized, logical diplomacy is key and part presentation .  A sound method in presentation and for diplomacy is best.  Organize your approach into a problem list.  Look for old or new solutions to each problem, then present the problems and solutions. 

  For simple success, accomplish each solution until you reach the final desired end.  Easier said than done, but there’s no other way.  Hopefully,  good progress keeps you going.

   For more, accept and review all complaints and suggestions you get.  Make yourself available for this input and take care of it and you’ll make money.   These are things people want and they PAY for what they want!…

  If you’re big, post a Contact Us/Me click with an email form and review the mail, lots of good free advice that’ll pay for the Contact Us operation and then some.  Check with who does have a good contact us email and ask them how how it does or you don’t know and you don’t know your job and you get replaced and or sued.  Otherwise, you do get success and money and lots of it.  Take polls and surveys, get expert advice (the Chamber of Commerce is free and excellent, pay banks, listen and make money, business is old, why can’t they help!) and always check for and go with the majority as far as answers go as in a democracy and but even business.  It’s even critical for the best profit and an “A+” rating.  Enough people and the best answer will appear.  Keep going and most people will agree accordingly or it wasn’t best or right anyway.  Go democracy with a little question campaign to see what’s right and best.  If they like you, they’ll give you money and or approval.  And but remember, someone always cares… We all have bosses … And they give us money and or approval but for the whole job, no problems and complaints that at least aren’t handled!…   Used to it’s fullest by every party to our economy this will result in 2% more per year in earnings to us and or peace and a perfect approval rating for all parties!…  You might get a big job or a great promotion or good raises or a great history.  You just do this!…

You can do anything with this method.  We all want success and then, if you want,  you even get the girl (or guy, but be gentle …).  What else is there?!

As a footnote though, be warned!  You must get do all the good suggestions, solve the problems and resolve the complaints or they may mushroom into your getting replaced or sued …

  I wanted to add this for what it was worth, maybe plenty.  Contact Us might be divided into 2 jobs or departments.  Big would do complaints by 1 an Ombudsman, someone who resolves complaints, and 2 Research and Development, with my own idea, they analyze and see to good suggestions and look for or come up with their own.  They look at new features, products, services and markets or maybe change or remove them, better marketing, locations, do the surveys, anything and everything for company growth.  I normally think of labs and kitchens, prototypes, testing and tasting, focus groups, surveys, test marketing, all that too, of course, while they need to.

Good Pricing Methods, Recession and Inflation

  This blog is to get good prices on products and services we want, but they’re too expensive to get or we get the less expensive products or services or do without.  Good pricing, though, and on the side, makes so much money that recession and inflation go away.  Companies stop charging too much and instead sell so much they make the best possible money, pay more taxes and we pay less, and we have more products, money, and what not  …  We get 4% more per year in earnings, to the company and employee and from a pointed economy,  from pointed pricing, pricing at the point of maximum profit and most wanted by the customer, and everyone using pointed practice, the most profitable practice. 

   It seems some companies had good benefits and then had to cut them.  It seems they raised their prices, lost customers, their profits went down so they couldn’t pay the benefits.  It also seems they had to cut pay and pay less on their stocks.  Some of these companies fixed their prices and got back their “A” and “A+”  ratings.  Others are gone.  Others kind of pay but they’re not rated “A” or “A+” because their prices are too high.  Perhaps some can learn and do all we want so we’re happy.  Anyone else might be enemies of peace and properity or something, just so they’ll do right …

   First some key points:

  1.  Brands do or should use a 22% markup after cost selling to wholesalers.

  2.  Wholesalers do or should use a 40% markup selling to retailers.  Brands go here or should selling to big retailers …

  3.   Retailers do or should use a 60% markup selling to customers.

  Good retail is 2.7 times cost when most consumers like it like when it’s a good product at a good price.  We cry, too, but it wasn’t bad and was great when they charged even less!!!

This is how the best businesses do their pricing giving all the good deals.  Hedging, trying to make a little more, maybe for a raise to themselves, is what gives us inflation.  Too much gives us recession. Then all the other prices go up and they can’t buy anything extra with the raise.  All we get is higher prices and more aggravation.  This probably explains the Great Depression, bad pricing and excessive profit taking …  Not raising prices above the best price makes the aggravation go away.  If they want money, let them best price some new product or service.  This is new good money we want with a good new product or service!

Good businesses, like union companies, in this formula, pay the best wages, can give you half your pay, from your union dues,  for the rest of your life with full medical coverage, the best vacation and sick leave, the whole best deal for workers.  The owners and stockholders make the most money, too.  Good companies give the banks the earnings to give good earnings on savings, it’s all from stocks they buy from good companies who just happen to be in this formula.  I hope banking and good business are willing to share the fact of their membership in the formula to the public and recommend ”membership” to would be money-making outside companies …

There’s more to check with though.  

To set the pricing with existing products, average the price requested in mail and messages from the public.  This is fairly accurate if you have enough of it. 

If it’s a new product or service,  do a survey.  Ask people who are interested in your product how much they would be willing to spend to have it and just average the price they say they’d pay.  The more people you ask, the better you know.  Statistics is funny that way.  It only works with people who are interested in the product in the first place which gives you another clue.  With people, if no one likes your product, go on with new product ideas until you find one people like.  Otherwise, you’re set and you know the best price for the best money.    The inflationary group makes some money, but not the best money and they don’t pay the best … 

Just how much you can get or how much it saves so charge a little off the savings and the hedge for a little doesn’t make the best money.  The best price is where if you go higher or lower, you lose money.  You want the middle price.  Use the formula or especially with some services, check and do the average price methods. And you don’t know if you don’t check and if you don’t know, they can say you don’t know your job and like in my Success blog, we fire or maybe sue and to recover the losses …

I believe that companies that do not make as much money as they can should possibly instead be required to make the best money, maybe through some law requiring practice we’re happy with in pricing.  Companies, owners, stockholders and employees, family and friends and consumers  all lose money. Tell all the big people you can, companies, government, family, friends to see this blog and tell them you want good prices and good law, if you want.  Good prices mean good jobs with all the benefits etc..  We get a lot of good fallout from this.  Get all emailing and (cell) phone calls done you can, if you want …

Success In College

If you’re planning on or in college, don’t worry about not getting the best grades in the hard math and science classes so long as the rest of your classes are A and B work.  The rest of the degree program will be A’s and B’s on your record and you get your degree with an A average.  It’s a little surprising perhaps, but believe it.  Stick to it and don’t quit school unless you really just have to.  Your grade point shouldn’t hold you back though.  Ask around school and see what graduates did.  You might be surprised.

If you really like this, email it or the idea to college and high school counselors, whoever college, even high school, and so they can spread the word …  It would save college and regular careers …

Success Getting a Good Job

Easy, apply where they pay the best money and keep an application open, i.e. reapply so they always have an application on you,  until you get in.  If the pay is better somewhere else, work and job hunt at the same time.  If you make the same money for the beginning but need to change companies to keep getting raises, work and look before it’s too late.  Study while you work too so you can have the next promotion.  Promotions can include a $2 or $3 per hour raise if you’re prepared.  So study if you want …   Much success to you and pass it on …

Good New Medical Treatments

There are 3 drugs of potential interest which should be examined to their incorporation or elimination in use in other treatments of illness.

   This examination would first be accomplished by looking at patient records where 1 or more of the drugs were prescribed and from each group, note all “miracle” cures of existing other conditions, diseases or illnesses.

   Where patterns exist between the drug, condition and cure, trials to specifically prove the drug as a cure for that other condition should be made.  Otherwise, we don’t know without looking.

   Some logic is involved.

   The first drug to check is used to treat arthritis and osteoporosis and is the most effective drug known for those conditions.  It seems this drug could be regenerative, corrective and or force normal development and so might cure dementia, Parkinsons’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, skin conditions, baldness and degenerations and failures to develop.

   The second drug is aureomycin.  This drug is difficult because it isn’t used for long term treatment but is used for infection.  The records should be checked for cures of HIV, herpes, all viral and other infections and all the cancers and other aberrant cell behavioral conditions that vanished.

   Here, risk activities continued by the patient might lower the effective cure rate.

   Both drugs should probably be used with things like aids to fix the immune system and clean up  the bad cells.

   Always, all other treatments should be pursued but with attention to the two new drugs until a good treatment shows if ever.

   The 3rd drug is simple aspirin, acetylsalycyclic acid.  Since it’s used as a blood thinner or is avoided because of the property, it might be useful in the treatment of blood clots and stroke.  It might be administered to coma patients and those with new unusual behavior,  symptoms or pains (cf. migraines) which might be the result of stroke in other parts of the brain or  body.

   Any good patterns between drugs taken and cures should be examined with full trials during regular treatment or we know we don’t know which might not be accepted in general.

The medical study discussed here should really have been seen in the news to launch the study with followup publishing preliminary findings, launch of the implementation of required procedures and finally the announcement of good cures found, finally, for public knowledge.  I hope all other required action is being made.  I would hate to think this was inadvertently ignored and it was a major lifesaver.    Ask a lot about this one until we see proof positive about it.   I don’t remember seeing news of major cures discovered with current other medicines …

Good PC Video Play

This is to get Good PC Video Playback on our PC’s.  If they can put it on cheap DVD players, they can put it on PC’s.  I believe it can be as simple as a firmware upgrade which is a program load you could get online which would upgrade your PC to play video just fine, no complaints …  You could also get it on a CD and load it from disk making the upgrade.

   Microsoft includes a lot of driver programs which run other companies devices with Windows and presumably Vista.  They could include the upgrade in their MS updates.  All other operating system houses, too …  That would cover most everyone.

   Email and (cell) call Intel, Abit, Asus, ECS PcChips, AMD and anyone else to get it together for everyone.

Success and Business

This is to get business to put some of their good business information on the web.  They get business from it and consideration to make it worthwhile.  I want good free.  Otherwise, you can pay and get a good job fixing your business if you listen and do what they say.  Meanwhile, I’m posting what else I have and will continue with what seems important to add.

  First, when you want business information, try the web and put your questions in your browser.  City, state and U.S. or national government probably have business information programs.  Then, too, if you need to, contact the banks, accounting firms or local Chamber of Commerce for business information.  This can help you get started or solve problems along the way or help you grow by the product or new location.

I mention maintaining a Contact Us click in the 1 Success and 2 Pricing blogs.  This should be a continuing operation.  They should analyze all the email, mail and phone messages that come in for the proper action.  The best will develop into good money.  All complaints should be handled as quickly and amenably as possible.  This will mean better service, products and or features, better earnings and wages and even lower taxes.  Not analyzing hurts savings, earnings and better of everything and will mean trouble.  Problem parties always have bosses and finally someone will care and take action we like.  Even CEO’s have a stockholder’s representative in the company.  Report complaints to this representative for action like replacing the CEO.  They are just as responsible as an employee anywhere else for getting the job done right i.e. not losing money like hurting raises.  I like not hurting raises.  People don’t get mad! Ha! Ha!  This will result in a 2% per year earnings increase to the company which can also be paid to employees and stockholders!  All the contact us and analysis, implementations of suggestions and solutions to complaints is required.  This is pointed business practice for practice that results in the best possible gains to the company.  There is 2% more out there or a total of 4 percent per year increase in earnings and from pointed pricing, i.e. pricing at the point where the company makes the most money.

   Continuing, these good business practices pay pretty quickly, as in as soon as someone sees a good price for an item on the shelf and buys it.   And you can tell they’re good practices when you would’ve liked the company if you had been the customer.

   If you’re fixing the business, start with the pricing.  Sell everything at the price the customers want.  Then the money comes in.  Once you have an average weekly sales amount, you get an average weekly order amount.  If you are not getting 60%, complain to your supplier and offer the 60% amount weekly.  You can probably get the required suppliers’ price to you.  You have to try it.  No matter what, sell at the customer’s price.  That’s the most money you can make on the item, everything else loses.

  Once the money starts to come in, you can restructure pay and payouts to match the best of business, 30%, and the majority.  They only do some but it’s where high interest retirement accounts come from.  You might rehire employees you hit with layoffs, hire to expand, do improvements to the business, add products, services and or features, do surveys to see which of these to do, and or expand with new locations where there’s sales.  Check the help about expansion.

   If you’re thinking of getting out of business, compare incomes with all these suggestions in place and without the business at all.  You might find staying in business pays better than you can get without.

   Something else …   Some of the problem companies have procedure books but the top of the company and others, don’t read and follow procedure.  This is why they underperform.  Other companies need to write these books, pages for each job, read and follow and change to correct problems and help raises.  The best companies actually grow and and we like them.  Get THAT book together …  I hope this helps …

Success and the Economy

   This is about the maximum of economic growth we can expect. 

   First, the economy can grow no more than by the amount we earn and can spend, save and or invest.  As the population grows, we will need all the basic necessities finally and the total of those necessities over time gives the current total growth wherever it happens to be.  The population grows at only something like 2%, so that’s about all we can expect, in part.  Exceptional business practice, pointed practice resulting in the best possible profit from practice we most want also results in a 2% per year earnings increase, so ideally we have a pointed economy, an economy doing everything we like between pointed prices and pointed practice.  Anything else might not make sense. 

  Earnings equals spending plus savings or investment and growth is directly proportional to population growth.  I think of calling this Silveria’s Law of Economic Growth to see what happens.  What do you think?  Maybe?!  When all the pay, prices and savings rates are fixed, it should be true.  I just love this, maybe, as a lynchpin, ha! ha!.  It might get action we want too.

   2% is not a savings rate though.  If prices are right, businesses are paying investors like banks high enough for good savings rates.  There’s fair money around from good earnings so mortgage rates are good, people are happy and banks make money too. 

A household making $25,000 a year would get an extra $500 a year every year.  A boom economy would seem to grow faster than 2% and I don’t think we should take any chances in one.  Be real careful or save in a boom.  They crash.

   Look at 2%.  I want to see just that.  2% alone is a lot.  How much a year is that to you?  Wouldn’t you rather just see that without higher prices.  Remember I said be careful or save in a boom.  You might like it.  Most did save or were careful before but some lost miserably.  Don’t let it be you who loses.

   Some might think some great innovations will result in great growth but we’re finally limited to the total amount we earn with losses to savings and or investment for any additional spending, something has to give, but no big deal if we like the extra products.

   Right now though, after you read 1 Success  2 Pricing, Recession and Inflation and 3 Success 2 about getting prices right and perhaps getting rid of inflation and recession, we can expect a period of correction. 

   We might gain $1 trillion in the economy per year if everyone makes all the money they can, companies wise.  This is only comparing before and after all the corrections among the badly priced companies.  Some companies might be worth investing in if you know good new management or practice is going in or watching for fun if they’ll correct before your eyes. 

   There is something else, though.  It seems these companies have written operating procedures and don’t read and follow them or they don’t have them and don’t do them.  I hope they invest in the correction due here.  Can’t follow instructions at the top or anywhere is wrong around all the good workers below and around.  Having and being able to read and follow instructions will get you everywhere or as you think. 

I sure wish we could see the good pricing already, though.  Email or call the powers that be, world, the President, Congress, Governors, the media, whoever big you want and let them know you want good pricing and the resulting benefits to go around.  Refer them to http://sovern1.wordpress.com to see the blogs and keep the word going around until we get what we want.  At least it works …

   Everything people and business can do results in good pay, good products and prices and good savings, like for retirement.  This we can do and leave for ourselves and our descendants if we do all we must, world, to get and make this permanent.  This means speaking up, getting it in the media, governments, schools and anywhere else needed to get and keep all the good.

   I believe in a great world with a job and happiness for it for everyone.

Smoker’s Rights

This is about Smokers’ Rights. 

   Smoker’s are people, too, and would seem to have some rights as smoker’s.  Not to blow smoke in Anyone’s face, but perhaps to be granted some of the same considerations as non-smokers.

   Perhaps we should get the back of the restaurant with exhaust fans to keep smoke away from a front non-smoking area.  Smoker’s would frequent smoker friendly businesses and those businesses would enjoy extra business probably more than paying for the extra facilities in their business.  Look at my success blogs and analyze the proposition if you don’t know or didn’t check. 

   I believe a comfortable accomodation can be made everywhere non-smoking is accomodated. 

  Perhaps smokers should be compensated in this way for the trouble they go through for others.

   If you like this, tell the powers that be how you feel, that maybe smokers should enjoy some consideration too, not just others.  Look at equal under the law.

Digital DVD Content

   This is to get all DVD content in digital copy format so we can store and view it on our computers or similar digital players.

   Why not put out all DVD content in the digital copy format.  Copying is both prohibitive and frowned on, I believe, so as to be basically non-threatening to the industry where we can copy and load it on our computers.

Real Electric Bill Savings

   This is to get monthly electric bills down to 30% with new energy saving equipment in mind here.

   I thought of a high quality dry capacitor, a battery-like electronics part that’s extremely durable and charges really fast, kind of, in a power saver component connected to the negative side of houses or rooms. 

   Electricity travels back to the wall after it runs your refrigerator or TV and you paid for it once it traveled through your electric meter.  This power saver catches the power going out the negative in the wall or house and saves it for use later.  It’s just a design where when the power saver is full, the outside power is turned off and the power saver runs the house or room or even socket(s), as you like. 

   It switches back and forth as needed and you use all the power you’re getting billed for with less if any waste.

  The design requirement calls for tests to power a house, room, or sockets for the cheapest power bill and a good electronics laboratory should be able to do this for the right price.

  The result could be cheaper electric bills for everyone.  It might not be much but maybe it’s worth it.  It could be worth it.

   If you’re interested, I want 20% of the proceeds for putting the out idea out in the world.  The investor(s) and producers work on the rest.  I just receive my share, total, every week or month, on a world license.

Starting A Business

You can start a business with a little money if you can get good product or give a good service at a good price and sell it at a good price and make a profit.  You need to look for the products to sell or services to give.  Check all the wholesalers and make a choice or go with what you want, but check around.  I have blogs at http://sovern1.wordpress.com for 1 Success  2 Good pricing, recession and inflation  3 “Success 2″ about running a business and other blogs of interest.  They could make the difference so go there from here …

   To live off your business, you need enough money to gt enough good product or service to sell with enough profit for the business and to live.

   If $5000 got you started living off the business, $5000 at  a time should get you into a store, fixtures, employees and a going concern.   Build by parts.  Save till you have it and do the extra product or service.  Every business started this way somewhere.  Think and see if you don’t see it after all.  The big boys were small at some point first.

   This is a job of your own choosing should you choose to accept it and this one, no one can tell you no.

   A regular job and saving and doing your sales plannning is typical until you’re ready for your launch.  Also doing plans while selling or for expansion to store, more products, service, employees. etc.  Plan everything first.  Be prepared.   Get all all the plans together and you should be alright.   Go to my blogs.  They tip you on regular things to do and who to see for help.  This is about getting started.  All get and keep you going.

Electric Cars

   This is a question about an adequate electric car design.  It involves the use of a large 400 mile range dry capacitor as a battery and energy source.  The battery is rechargable with a 3000 year life.

   Battery Exchange stations charge batteries with an automated exchange system to take out low charged batteries and replace with fully charged batteries.

Self-Powered Electric Generator

A electric utility generator might be run by an electric motor instead of their multi-fuel engines.  Part of the output might run the electric motor turning the generator and a charging a starter battery.  The starter battery might run a small motor generator as a starter system to the main motor generator.  The research remains and if feasible, the licensing fees are asked to be forwarded to James S Silveria 4506 Ukali St Honolulu HI  96818.

Wireless Power System

   Piezoelectric crystals could be used to make power receivers of any required wattage up to as big as a wall socket.  Crystal radios use piezoelectric (piezo) crystals and you have a radio without using AC or batteries and you can listen on a headphone.  The sound is from small power but you have both sound and power.  Multiply the receivers enough and you can get the wattage you want.  Thus, I believe there should be research into piezo power receivers, at least as a novelty home or other component.  You could setup your TV in the middle of the room and it could work without any wires to the wall!!!  A transmitter is somewhere on the frequency of the power receiver is all.  The power company could possibly broadcast the power, but it’s all dependent on the results.  Please pursue the research and forward any license fees to James S Silveria  4506 Ukali St Honolulu  Hi  96818 at your earliest.  If you would like to see the product, email possible producers and refer them to this blog for the idea etc.  Anxiously Awaiting …

Good Pricing and Economic Laws

I never took Economics but good pricing seems to entail what might as well be Laws of Economics.

You cannot price too high or despite making more profit per item, you sell so few you LOSE MONEY.  This is a classic error on the part of those unable to follow the rules of profit and pricing.  Further, your product sells so slow you either have to drop the price to sell or you never sell.  See real estate …

You can also sell too low.  Of course, we don’t want to sell at a pure loss unless there’s the gain of being rid of the product, like maybe going out of business and wanting to get out of the expenses of having the product.

Finally, the Resulting Profit Law of Economics comes to selling neither too high or too low and losing money not selling at the price giving us the Maximum Profit.  This would be somewhat a percentage range.  The best pricing and we buy other things in the store, we look around to see if there’s anything else we need or want!!  It’s a GOOD store!!….

Don’t Hurt

Don’t hurt has two meanings at least.  Don’t hurt others and another, don’t hurt yourself.

Not hurting others means you have to be sensitive and or learn how what you do affects others.  If you sense that others will complain, you shouldn’t charge on and ignore the feeling and do it anyway.  If it’s going to make others complain you should put that idea in the DO NOT pile and leave it there, untouched.  That’s  guaranteed to make you the happiest because INSTEAD you’re making good progress, MONEY, friends or whatever or it explains your problem(s)!!!  You don’t STOP or QUIT when you should!!

When they complain, you have every reason to quit what did it and leave that in the DO NOT pile because you know, OR it’s going to happen, they’re going to tell you to stay away or they’re going to take you away and to the funny farm where they fix your head to think RIGHT and NOT HURT and or to JAIL until you learn (and the funny farm, they hold you until they’re happy you’re going to be GOOD and NOT HURT people.

There’s another side of hurting others.  They don’t treat you or HURTERS like people who DO NOT HURT others.  This means hurters get less love and makes them less happy and this hurts a hurter.  Losing time in the funny farm and or jail means they get to have less fun alone, with friends and family and this hurts a hurter.  This all means hurting others hurts yourself and it begins with STOP, QUIT, NO!! and go and or stay away, funny farm and or jail!!

Don’t Hurt is RIGHT, everything else is wrong.  When something hurts less than the rest of our choices, it’s RIGHT.  Everything else is wrong.  ASK yourself and what do you get?!?  Pure truth or not, if you’re honest?!?  See Questions Tell The Truth at Sovern1.wordpress.com, put it the browser or it’s listed under a category click Truth and Right in the home page right margin.

Bottom Of Wrong

This is a quick note about wrong to bring about the earliest change.  People who really want to change will sooner than later.  It’s about what is buried at the bottom of wrong and it’s a bad personal opinion about everyone, slander, libel and defamation.  They think everyone is bad because they made the decision to perhaps get ahead, even at the other guy’s expense.  They never realized right is the easiest most profitable way to make MONEY, gain friends and influence and get the GIRL!!!  Simply, defamation and bad mouthing others is at the root of all evil, too, besides greed and for unacceptable personal gain.   Gain by defamation????   Defamation is a crime.  You have to give up all proceeds from a crime.  And and you waste time in illegal instead of legal activity.  We’re farther down the road because we’re always moving legal.  They do a little legal and go backwards a lot for illegal and whose ahead.  Then a lifetime, even, and they hate it, we don’t like what they give us and we don’t want them around and they hate it because they have the least and fewer, if any, people.  See Questions Tell The Truth.  They’ll admit it and or you’ll see them choke!!!  Use the Questions Tell The Truth and people who can help and clean out illegal all you can.  It’s never too late, better late than never, whatever you tell yourself that’s about the same, think about it and clean up.  The rest of your life can be right instead.  People have done well with the rest of their life before!  Why not you!?!

Questions Tell You The Truth

I discovered something years ago that might be interesting to you about questions and the truth.  Please don’t be too sensitive and have a look but when you talk and ask questions, you can’t lie and you discover the truth.  How can you learn or know anything, like the truth, if you don’t ask questions, reading and school are like looking and asking what is there cause you gotta know to do well in the classes and it all is some kind of asking, learning and getting to the truth.

People who don’t read and ask don’t know as much as people who do read and ask.  We do do the reading and asking and so we’re okay.  The rest of us could study and learn a little more until we really ARE okay.

If you can make people ask instead of tell, though, and I tell you something that wins everytime in a fair place like court or in public, they don’t want to ask.  The truth looms in their mind and the error of their ways is almost clear to them, something is wrong in their thinking and they almost know, something is wrong!!!  They can’t lie.  They can’t argue (they can’t argue, fight or win!) we have to do something the majority wouldn’t want to do.

Whatever they were thinking is mistaken.  It’s nothing they or anyone else really wants.  It’s a loser of love, people, money, you name it, whatever is involved.  They just think they want it because they want to not lose and win or be boss.  If they think they want it, how about if they’re the victim instead.  Is it that good a thing that we should all do it or is he someone special who should be the only one around to benefit.  They don’t think.  They’re impulsive and just jump on ideas instead of being thoughtful and reasonable by all accounts.

What we think of ourselves and what others think of us should be reasonably the same or maybe we don’t know ourselves and what we’re doing, we have to look at what we DO to others, what we’re trying to get from them.  Would the “loser”  give up same?!?   We can ask others.  We can look if we’re a victim or not if the other person does it to us instead.  The Golden Rule is an excellent start for the test.  Do we like it as the second person and not the first.  Why do we get to be the first person in funny dealings with each other when no one else does?  If fair is fair, no waiting, the other guy gets to be the first person right away, same deal, save time, you keep your “MONEY” and “I” keep mine and we call it even.  What do you bet they don’t want it fair and EVEN?!?  Spoiled brats with a little something to learn … Questions win, use questions or wait … !!!

A note:  When we deal with each other there’s some personal gain involved and they’re deals.  Winners keep it an even exchange of value.  Others try to get more than they’re share.  Why does who want more than they’re putting into the deal except for grateful customer deals?!?  Isn’t that unfair?!?  Don’t you lose love, people, money and jobs?!?  What good is it?!? The good news is, I believe,  these people learn and ask and become socially acceptable and winners, whether here or in the great beyond.  Someone puts the bug in their ear which eats the bad part of them away leaving us the good person we can live with.

BIG note:  When you ask, the answers are pieces of reality.  It might be reality about good or bad things but it’s reality.  We have a Good pile with a Do pile and a Save pile and a Bad pile which is simply NOT a Do pile.  You don’t know if you don’t ask, you know that when you think.

Turn your thinking into questions and the answers get you in touch with reality.  Take your time, no hurry.  I hope you notice what I want you too and can benefit.  Tell others to note if they ask, there’s something wrong with bad deals.  There are answers and they tell us it’s a bad deal or not.  If the answers keep coming up in our favor, go with it.  You have a winner which makes you SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE  (I just came up with SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE, I kinda like it …)

In court or public, tell’em.  If the other guy can’t ask, he must be the loser.  Why can’t he ask?!?  Ask and you learn!!!  The winner can ask and ask away!!!  Write it all out and just use questions, but I might not do it without big guys or police around, LOSERS (who need to accept and become ASKER WINNERS) can be trouble. After all reasonable asking is done, you have the truth and RIGHT!!!  If you can’t get an answer, try asking your folks or smart friends or something, doctor, clergy, someone.  I don’t expect much trouble.  I’ll study and post which questions and answers I think we have trouble with.  The hard answer are like  out of the clear blue.  I remember having to jump really far to make it home to the truth and right, this exercise is not that easy but not too bad either.  Remember if you can ask you have it and everything else loses and we don’t want to be the victim giving something for nothing or making others victims either.

Questions WIN!!!  Ask and you or they can’t lie and you or they become winners, little by little, like school.  Ask or do you want to grow older smar, that’s right, smar.  Work on this until you get something useful.  Tear’em up!!!

Scrooges About Good Pricing

Great pricing means greater profits to the company because more people like the prices and so they buy and they buy more than they would than if the prices were higher.  When the prices are real good in the whole store, they’re liable to spend a LOT of money which just HAS to mean more MONEY to the company.   Then, follow the dollar, employees, family and friends, whoever benefits, has more MONEY and product than with high prices.

Scrooges about good pricing make less MONEY for everyone!  How can you have an extra present under the tree or any other extras without extra MONEY?!?  These guys would rather do it their way than listen to people and price low and make MONEY.  They don’t care about MONEY!!!

There’s a problem with getting good employees and bosses for pricing and anything else, somewhat.  They get the job and don’t care about making MONEY as much as being free to do what they want.  They’re afraid of losing money from pricing too low or afraid of not being boss in their job instead of trying to make the customer happy with the best prices and make the company the most MONEY! by selling so many cheap goods the lower margin doesn’t matter.  They never saw or forgot OR avoid the low price scenario for their own peculiar reasons.  They don’t care about the best MONEY and the most presents under the tree!!!  Follow the buck!!  Where do extra goodies come from?!?  If the pricing is bad, they’re gifts from people in good companies.  And bad pricing affects morale.  Customers aren’t happy and the pay and on stocks must be low without good profits … not the best …

These guys can look at proof of how to price and booted if they don’t care about making the MOST MONEY for everyone first affected!!!  Stockholders can terminate a CEO for incompetence over losing MONEY by high prices when people say they would buy plenty and the company would make a lot more money in the process and gain the A+ rating.  That grade is worth attention.  Even local businesses are graded and it can be done by looking at their financial statements and markup.  Too high a markup is very simply a LOSER!!!  You can’t make the REAL money or REALLY serve the CUSTOMER and other people (again, FAMILY, FRIENDS, STOCKHOLDERS, even SUPPLIERS (sic, you DON”T SELL, so you DON”T ORDER) (and I DON”T make MONEY off YOU!!!  YOU #$%^!!!)  to GAIN!!!

These guys and everyone can look on the web for “free stock reports”, “A rated stocks” and “A+ rated stocks”.  Find someone with products you know and see if their prices aren’t reasonable.  A+ stocks should have the best pricing!!!  Companies with pricing problems have low grades.  As if it didn’t make sense …

New U.S. and Other Pricing Law

Why not we have a Pricing Law prohibiting markups proven to lose everyone money, consumers, employees, stockholders and owners and their families since the people with income are getting less in companies with bad pricing.  And wrongfully priced companies don’t pay enough in taxes increasing the burden for the rest of us.  It’s all wrong …

Not making all the money you can by pricing right using any good mark-up, cf 35%,  is mismanagement and grounds for dismissal.  Money losses are considered theft, or at least negligence, in some places.  Not testing pricing strategies is intentional neglect and negligence and the negligent don’t know how much they’re losing with no right pricing or other knowledge of competent pricing to compare it to except Wall Street and the banks can tell you because of well performing customers and neighbors.  Numbers don’t lie and the proof of it all is years and years old, we just don’t apply it like we should.  Business gets a grade of something like 70%, a C-.  Bad and negligent pricers bring down the overall business grade, there is a lot of good world pricing, but it’s only some big business, small business or foreign except for U.S. products which are sold too expensive overseas for the best profit.

So let’s have a law that says we gotta price right and make the best money and the best of what we have …

Here’s where you campaign like crazy and try to get money involved, let them put out their feelers to see what public opinion on the matter is.  If public opinion is for the law, let’s get it done already …

Losers Can’t Ask, Ask an Attorney

Loser’s can’t ask.  If they do, like I said in my last post, look above and hit the left click, you get answers until you get everything right.  Then you’re ok.  Get a doctor to help you if you want, they’re pretty good and but keep looking until you get the help you want.

But in law, lawsuits are a list of claims or assertions why their party is due judgment.  If you put a question on the end of each of those claims, they should stand on their own merit without raising questions as to the validity of the claims.  Bad claims do not pass this test.  This is a word of law and note for all savvy parties.

If you faced with a bad lawsuit, answer each of those claims with what you know and after your answers have no better reply.  It’s work, but good stands out very different from bad in the form of questions.  If they pass the question acid test, you’re good and you have a winner, in or out of court.

If you have a bad claim, give it up in favor of the winner and use the winner for yourself.  Make the lemonade work for you.  Collect the winners and use them and stick to them.  If you don’t take chances with anything else, how can you lose?!?  If you don’t take chances and stick to guarantees, the best there are, you do as well as the best …  Nothing to be sorry for!!!   Keep at it!!!

I would like to see class action suits everywhere for what the public wants if we can’t get any other action …  Attorneys might be able to kick in for public service announcements too for what we want and lobby for desired change here …

Lead With Questions and What Happens

Lead with questions and what happens!?  If you don’t bother anyone a lot in the process, they let you know the downside and you can quit innocent.  But you gotta quit and accept what’s right and run with it.  You get hugs and kisses, the money and or whatever else is on the line …

If you really know what’s right and ask, the other guy might not listen but it is less aggressive and gives the other guy a chance to think than just get mad …

Then there’s a  funny thing about having to ask is if that’s all you’re allowed to do.  Dumb hits you smack  in the face and you want to run and hide over what you were thinking!!!  You keep getting answers you really need to file away and remember but you can’t get around the fact there’s something wrong with something you were thinking ….

If you’re real aggressive and have to boss, trying asking instead of telling and what happens.  If you don’t break down and cry, you’re not as bad as some, but live and learn.  If they ditch this little exercise what do we know about them and the truth, they’d don’t like it …  But I think it’s better to make lemonade out of something sour about it and spread it around.  Use it for a come back with someone else aggressive if you can slip it in.  Questions will get you in touch with reality.  Questions are an acid test for reality and what else to know if anything.  Talk to a doctor if you can’t answer your questions.  They’ll probably cry over having to really think and help someone with reality as it really is but they’re better prepared than most.  And keep looking for a doctor who will  take you to a satisfying conclusion.  If you aren’t satisfied, then you aren’t done.  It doesn’t sound right!  Remember, get all the answers and what!!!…
