This is about other business tips that mean money or other gains to everyone. When I say “everyone”, I now mean yourself, the company, owners, employees, shareholders, customers, taxpayers, and their families and friends, just to shorten what I mean, now and later.
1 Another new business item, the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.” If you wouldn’t like it done to you, don’t do it to others. This should help with contact us and internal input.
2 Employees should make suggestions too and it should be reviewed by the contact us people. Good new policy and practice must be implemented with rewriting the company manuals and all the memos internally and, maybe, posted for the public and whatnot.
3 You can buy research and development consulting over a price range. If you have the money, get what you can afford and do with what you get. This could be a resource when you’re out of ideas or can afford it.
4 If you make refunds fast, customers will love you and they are most likely to become regular customers if anyone is. Try to be quick. Didn’t you love the good service yourself? This also applies to quick reply to inquiries, suggestions and complaints that were resolved in the customer’s, no problem.
5 Try not to have problems solving the customer’s problems. This is most likely to make them regular customers and that means the most money to everyone.
6 Check with companies who have liberal refund policies, they give a little. See if they make the most money or not. How do you think they do?
